It’s very simple. For a limited time, if you buy a Woden Living home and then buy another one within the next twelve months, you get£5000!

How Do I Get The Money?
As soon as the sale of the new home is complete and it is fully paid for, (usually by a mortgage) you are eligible for the bonus.

1. You can take it as £5000 in cash.
2. Or you can use it for £5000 worth of upgrades
3. Or we can pay the first £5000 of your mortgage payments
4. Or you can use it as £5000 off the purchase price of the new home
5. Or you can ‘Let It Get Even Better’ where we give you more than £5000 off the next home after that!

The new Woden Living property can be your main home, a second home or even an investment house. It can be worth more, less or exactly the same as your previous Woden Living home. It really doesn’t matter.
